Hello! I am Sarah. I am a life long science educator and advocate for environmental justice – and I bring these together with my love for nature and gardening through Rooted & Blooming! After years of teaching middle and high school biology and environmental science, I am bringing these skills and passions to those outside the classroom walls. This website is here to share about my work with Rooted & Blooming, and to give you ideas for how we can partner together on your gardening journey. You will also find some old musings on my thoughts, travels and adventures abroad. All of these together have brought me to where I am today and I am excited to continue to root and grow, this time outside the walls of the classroom.
